I'd be intresred to hear what u do during those difficult times of higher blood pressure and anxiety.
For me it's kinda weird it's almost more of a sinking feeling I get, and I believe it's actually more anxiety then blood pressure.
there r many natural supps that helps with anxiety but in worst cases i won't lie to u i use xanax (benzodiazepene drugs)but i don't recommend it , always stay as natural as u can. read this article it's all about supplementing for anxiety, it has 4 sections and section number 2 is about supplements (gaba , glycine , theanine.....) check this link :

also look for 5-htp ( 5 hydroxytryptophan) it's what serotonine is synthesized from.
btw glycine really helps and used by many with success, when the attacks starts u need to administer glycine sublingually this bypasses the gastro tract and allows for quick absorption and faster onset of action and entry into the CNS.
As soon as you feel the attack place 2g under the tongue. Then take 2g every few minutes until the attack subsides. It should work within a few minutes and require no more then 10g.
