Alright Guys,
I've started on Deca this week.
200mg im going with to start with per week, then may go to 200mg every 4 days.
Im also thinking of doing sust in between the deca...is it worth it?
My Stats:
25 yrs old
85kg
1.8 m tall
quite slim build...so not that much fat.
lifting weights 2/3 per week.
Cardio/Conditioning training 2 times per week.
Looking to increase power, speed (sprinting) and endurance
Does it sound ok what im doing?
