started my cycle last night

yeah so i started my deca/winny cycle last night...i think i hit a nerve or something when i injected into my quad...didnt hurt that bad..but felt wierd...

looks like this

deca 600 mgs week 1 and 2
300 mgs weeks 3-8

winny 50mgs/ed weeks 1-10

clomid week 11.

should i wait until week 12 for clomid?

That's a sensible looking cycle. Personally, I would have added a test for sexual side effects reasons, because the deca hits me hard that way, but I like the cycle.

I would start the clomid at week 11.....Is this a cutting cycle ?

Start the clomid two to three weeks after last injection. Everything sounds good bro.

i get that every once in awhile, leg kinda twitches for a little bit then is fine......not sure what it is

its pretty much a cutting cycle

im 5'6....about a year ago..i was 170 5.8%bf.......

right now im about 185 12-14%bf........had to take a bit of time off from the gym due to ..school...work...and hernia surgery...now ive been back for about a month

my goal is to gain a few pounds of LBM....maybe 10 pounds if im lucky...im good with the eating part of it so i think i can easily accomplish it.....and at the same time harden up..and shed some fat....

goal after cycle...is to be about 185-190 @ <10% bf


after this cycle im going to be on a fina/winny cycle.....then im done until next winter.....maybe a light OX only cycle in between
