Started and ready to quit, help!

Hey everyone,

I hope I am posting in the right section, if not, I apologize.

I am currently taking a PH, and I am on day 4 of it and want to quit since I can not really relax anymore since I am always thinking about it that it is effecting my lifestyle. I am taking Equibold by CTD labs. The dosage I am taking a day is 15mg. I want to stop as of today, so I have taken a total of 60mg of it. Will I be ok with just stoping or do I need to take a PCT or what do you advise?
