hello,

i am pumped to start this program with omega and everyone. i have worked out off and on since high school, but have really hit a plateau the last few years. diet has never been good, so i have kind of been half way doing it. always have put more focus on arms and chest and have neglected other areas. so i want to put 110% into this with training, diet, supps the whole deal. i have always been pretty lean, but now i want to get more developed and ripped. looking forward to interacting with everyone and taking away from this all i can.

pre training stats: 5'11-6'0, 186 lbs, bf will get back to you on this, need to get calipers.

right now i am reading all posts and trying to digest and absorb what i need to get going on level 1.

i am trying to figure this pic thing out, it is first time i have tried to post pics so if it doens't work i will try something else.

The Supps are basic as I shared with the other.

Creapure ( any brand) and take POST workout with Juice ONLY. ( 5-7 grams)

Go to vitamin Shop and get a 5 pound Jug of Splenda Sweetened (safe) Protien power

Also you might want a Pre workout product Like No-Xplode or LIPOFLAME

If you do it exactly as he says and not sway from it then you will sweel up. I wish I would have had you bf when i strarted. Eat the blue collar diet as stated and train like you are supposed to and you are gunna swell up.
