OK my first cycle is going to be 250mg test eth every 5 days for 8 to 10 weeks. Nolva and AIFM during cycle as needed. clomid for pct. Keeping it simple and basic for round one.

When is the question. I have been stuck for about 8 months of gains and now I am suddenly pushing through. SHould I start a cycle now to accelerate my gains or wait till i plateau then push through with a cycle?

All right vets been a while so, share some of that knowledge.
 
If it ain't broken then don't fix it. If your making good gains now then I'd wait till your "stuck" to jump on your cycle.

with a cycle like that you better off to prob not even do it at all.
belive it or not testosterone has a high conversion rate to estrogen even if you injected 250mg every 5 days half might be converted to estrogen and dht and only about 125mgs of test willbe floating around and who knows how much will actually make it to the receptors and get used .

i say 400mg min to see gains 250mg would be more of a hormone replacemnt dose to bring some one with low level closer to the normal range.

ether way still wait to you plateau and even then you never actually platea for a long time you can still make decent gains but it might only be 1-2 lbs of
muscle a year but its still gains it just does not show up on the scale fast enough to make you think your gaining any more.one of the kets to pushing past a plateau is caloric intake i bet if you ingested 3500 calories a day for 3 weeks thats 600 calories every 3 hours for six meals a day you would prob break past the plateau even if you gain fat its does not matter your strenght will go up leading to more stimulation and muscle fiber deveolpment its takes years bro to build a soild body maybe after 5 years you typed i plateaud i would beleive it but thats only have busting your ass 5 days a week for 5 years and not slacking

I have been lifting for 5 years, 5 days a week. The time off has been a year to have my shoulder put back together from a rugby injury. That was 3 years ago. Since then back and forth between heavy weight lifting for 6 to 9 months followed by more concentration to cardio for 3 to 6 months. Gain size then cut fat, etc. So I am not sure of your advice, I have broke through after 8 months of nothing so should I boost my gains with a cycle or wait till this natural push is done and my body level back out and gains slow down again?

this man is one of about 8 people on this board that i simply will not argue with.
his advice is golden and i have never caught him in a mistake

i usally dont even post on a thread once he has given his reply for that reason

however the only reason i would jump on the cycle before gains stalled would be extreme circumstances like posibility of a pro athletic contract or something that was extremely important where time was of the essence and you could not wait. i saw that you play rugby. is that it?? let us know the reason if its a good one im all for it.

otherwise i will parrot the wait advice and say this
waiting can only make your cycle better.
i learn somithing new almost every month sometimes every day, and the more you know the better your gains and longterm body change will be
