Having trouble with one arm rows. I'm not feeling the muscle contract and the focus. Could be machine trouble? Its a row machine with independent arms probably most usually used with both arms.

Using lifefitness side lat - find it easier to be able to really focus and work the shoulders.
Setting cardio at 22 minutes to make sure that I get at least 15 minutes at working level.
x15-20 minutes is enough, because by the END or your workouts your central nervous system is already elevated and you are to a degree depleted. Thus cardio post workout in a burst is SUPER effective
Discovered a gym problem today: 8,000 square feet and only 1 plate loaded curl bar! The fixed weight curl bars are only in increments of 10 without any plate-mates or other adjustables. I'm thinking about adding an alternative gym anyway to solve the equipment problem and the workout timing (2nd gym close to home with much more and different equipment- other close to work).
Nutrition/diet is a disaster! I'm very well read and practiced but its been a while since I've counted these ratios. My little indulgences turn out to be a great delusion.
