What are some staple foods for trying to cut up? I'm not trying to go on a no-carb diet, but what are some staple foods that you eat (chicken, skim milk...), and what do you stay away from that might be considered good for you?
What supplements should one use while cutting? Only legal supps please.
What is the best form of training for maximizing fat loss in the shortest time possible? Right now, I'm boxing with a heavy bag and shadow boxing in the morning before eating, then eating an hour after.
Any suggestions?
