Standing upright row's tri's or back/shoulders

hey all, i cant rememeber which muscle group upright rows with a BB works. ive been doing it on both tri's and bi's days and back and shoulders some days. which group should i be doing upright rows with? sorry for my confustion, thanks
 
Do it on shoulder day. The closer your grip the more traps it works. Wider grip and your hitting more delts. I like them for traps personally and use a closer grip.

They are all weak except for this and the nuddie pics. I reply to a post in the diet forum and I stay on page 1 for a month.
 
Definetly doesn't work the tri's, if you feel it there then you got a problem. The best is to add it with when you do your traps, as you will feel it most there. It also affects your delts. Most people do it with either delts or back. Makes sense to do it with either, because your traps go from the base of your neck to almost the middle of your back.
