How do you perform this movement ?
Do you stop at hears level or go down until the BB touches the chest (which enables to pause for a second and then do an explosive concentric phase)?
Do you keep the elbows under the BB or slighly in front of it (a bit like an oly front squat) ?
Shoulders wide stance ?
Retracted and pressed down scapula ?
