Stanabolic cycle

I'm a newbie at this and I would really like some help. I am going to start a cycle of ilium stanabolic next week and I would like to know what dose you would recommend and the length of the cycle. I'm 178cm (5" 10') tall and weigh around 70 kg. I'm about 14% body fat. My goal is to bulk up and drop a lot of body fat. I currently train 5 days week weight training and at least 30mins most days doing cardio.

Let me guess, you're still in high school?

people are going to act rude to you,

1 ) beacouse u havent even tried reading about steroid cycles first
2 ) people ask ur exact question every couple of hours so everybody is pretty tired of answering the same thing over and over

mi sugestion first learn about what the hell ur going to inyect urselft by reading not asking, and after that u may ask smart questions

I have tried to do some research but a lot of sites are saying different things. Its hard to decipher the BS from fact

That's because these things take time. Time to research, time to learn and experience. Don't do anything until you have at least a solid year of training and learning under your belt, preferably more.

Have now been training around 2 years now and have read many books on weight training principal and diet, but information on steroids i can't get from my local library.

I have since spoken to a customer at work he says that i should stack it with Decca Durabolin. Do you recommend this?

The cycle I came up with is 50mg daily for the first 4 weeks than 50mg every second day.

What do you think of that cycle?

I honestly can't make any recommendations on this for you, only because the question you ask shows how much you need to learn about this game. Don't be impatient. In my opinion you MUST find a routine that works for you when you train Natural. You SHOULD be making gains right now, your strenght should be slowly increasing and fat decreasing. If it's not, you have to learn your body a little more. If you cycle now you'll do a temporary fix and when you get off you'll be back to square one if not worse.
