i would consider dialling in diet and training and shedding 3-4 percent more bodyfat (this is realistically achievable in as little as 6-8 weeks naturally ) , then using a simple test only cycle for 12 weeks .![]()
I agree with this, lean out first... but when did the "norm" for a test cycle, especially for a first-timer, jump up to 12 weeks? I see alot of people recommending this... whatever happened to 8-10 week cycles? Anyway... that would be *my* recommendation, 8-10 weeks for a first-timer... you'll get great results, and it's not *too* long so that recovery isn't more difficult.
