I am new to the steroid world and I'm looking to do a cycle of tren ace and some clen and a little bit of winni what do you guys recommend for a cycle. Should I get some test or what. I'm not sure what my sides will be or what I should do Looking to cut and put on a bit of size. I need help. Thanks
 
what are your stats ? age height training experience etc, please stay away from the compounds you mentioned for now.

i would consider dialling in diet and training and shedding 3-4 percent more bodyfat (this is realistically achievable in as little as 6-8 weeks naturally ) , then using a simple test only cycle for 12 weeks . :supercool

This is excellent advice. You should shed the bf first. Then, run either a test only cycle for 12 wks and raise your calories if you want to gain mass, or run test for 12 wks with either winny for the last 4-6 weeks or a 12 wk test/clen stack if you want to cut some more. Do not run tren, it is for advanced users with many years of cycling under the belt. FYI, if improving your cardio is a goal of yours, I would steer clear of tren and clen; they are notorious for hampering and impeding cardio output.

Congrats on having the genetics and putting in the hard work to obtain your size. Now, cutting is directly proportionate with cardio and dialing in your diet. I would run the following cycle for your goals. REMEMBER this, keepable gains are comprised of this: 60% Diet 45% Training 5% gear

Week 1 -12
Test prop 125 EOD
Week 1-8
Anavar 50 mgs ED

Run Hcg at 500 per week while on and follow up 1 week after your last shot of prop with the following PCT


Get some N2guard and Hcgenerate while on, Unleashed and Post Cycle for PCT and Bridge for afterwards.

I would say test cypionate or enanthate. They will produce the same effects, and you'll only have to pin yourself about twice/week. With test prop, you'll have to inject at the very least every other day.

I agree with this, lean out first... but when did the "norm" for a test cycle, especially for a first-timer, jump up to 12 weeks? I see alot of people recommending this... whatever happened to 8-10 week cycles? Anyway... that would be *my* recommendation, 8-10 weeks for a first-timer... you'll get great results, and it's not *too* long so that recovery isn't more difficult.
 
So would I run anything with the test? I'd like to get some Clen on the go. And can anyone recommend dosages? And would nolvadex be a good anti e
 
I personally am not a fan of clen, but that's just me... if you're looking to bulk now with the test, then maybe save the clen for later when you drop down on calories.

You SHOULD have an anti-e on-hand, such as arimidex, and only start to use it if you feel estrogen sides (excessive bloat, nipple sensitivity, etc.)... some people use it from the get-go cuz they know they have estro issues when they run test... since this is your first, you just don't know... I'd say have it on-hand, just in case.
 
why test prop? why have to deal with ED or EOD pokes if you don't have to??

I like t-bol personally (need relatively high dosages to notice anything, as an fyi)... but if this is your first cycle, just run test e or cyp, and that's all...2 pokes a week... I suppose you can run some of the supplements that everyone here that everyone speaks highly of (hcgenerate, forma, etc.)... just to give you an extra kick (if nothing else, mentally)
 
I'm thinking prop because it's quite a bit cheaper for me to get. Also I read it gives the least bloat Especially for me to get enough for a good cycle. So all and all the prop t-Bol and Clem would make a good cycle? Can anyone give me an idea of dosages to take right through
 
hahaha... no dude... I said I like t-bol... I didn't say that it's the right thing for you to do for your first cycle!

as for less bloat with prop... that's garbage... or let me put it to you this way... prop doesn't bloat less for everyone... hell, I knew some guys that bloated MORE with prop than enth or cyp... everyone's different...

and clen is too advanced of a drug for a newbie... jeez, just get one of many fat-burners / thermogenics on the market today... there are some decent ones out there

looks like I'm fighting a losing battle here... seems like you have your mind set, so you're just waiting for that one person to tell you what you wanna hear... so I'll bow out... good luck dude
 
I've taken Clen before but it was when I was playing sports. I've never taken steroids before and know the dynamics of what to take with what and what dosage. If prop isn't what is best. Especially having to prick myself then I'll try something else. I just need help in what to run. Like I said I need to keep my cardio and get a lil size. There's enough big guys in the army that can't run. Minds not made up yet. Appreciate the advice you all have given
 
you never said what your diet is like... and what is your cardio routine presently?
 
Well my diet is good. I eat healthy. Not sure of calorie intake but for cardio I'm military like I said so we run 10km/day and I do circuit training another hour of cardio after work and I have to bike 5km to and from work
