Stack for recovery deca, test and peps suggestions?

bigorse and stackin plates were kind enough to make suggestions but here is what I think I want:

Starting with:

TB-500
1-6 3.5 gram/week
7-15 1 gram/week

IGF-LR3
Preworkout 20mcg

Starting Week 5 (If i dont see good results):

1-10 100mg twice week Dec
1-12 100mg twice week Test

14-18 Clomid 50 25 25 25
14-18 Novla 40 40 20 20

My main concern is to minimize side effects and to now how to deal with any should they arise.

My first stack I'm 26 6'1 170lbs (couple years lifting) but been sitting with various injuries for last year or so and now doing PT (limited to 35lbs) and biking. The injuries have healed but now I feel like I'm at a stand still. Muscle damage and spinal laxity...not looking to gain just recover.
