Lili- I have back & front squats in my leg workouts. The only lifts that I cycle are deads & cleans for obvious reasons.

yup... squats 2/wk. I cant be bored-- Im concertrating on not dropping 200 lbs on the floor...lol. Seriously, if your bored- you might try loading up the weight so your more challenged or doing a 20-rep squat set-- you will feel more sick than bored![]()

I can't go heavy because I just started doing squats a couple of weeks ago, I'm still working on my form...
I tried adding a couple more pounds but I lean forward more
