squats n' DL's

sure man. do it. I do squats and DL the same day. But I do leg press after squats before DL. I also do DL on back day

Cool!!!...I cant wait.....very few people in my gym do them, and those that do usually do them w/ back.....I think i'll be crawling out of the gym today :evil:

quad and hammy ext are for someone who is already well advanced and ready to tweak the week points. When doing compound lift, single joint exercises are not necessary. I rarely ever have theses exercise in my traing.
