Well since I am a Strongman/Powerlifter I actually do recommend lifting very heavy.

He gets the oxygen mask after his posing routines. I magine how hard his heart and lungs have to work to supply all that mass with oxygenated blood....

That's interesting logic; because you're a strongman/powerlifter you recommend lifting very heavy for a bodybuilder where aesthetics are the primary goal.

It's well known that strength can be increased dramatically without much concurrent increase in body mass.

I didn't say for bodybuilding, just that I advocate heavy squats.
