I've been doing the max no. reps in 20 mins on squats, then the same with deads on a different day for some cardio. MY GOD(!), I have never had any workout make such a difference to my everyday life. I have more energy than when I take an ECA, and everything feels so easy. Only been doing the squats for 1 month and the deads maybe 2-3 sessions (once per wk).
I can tell by some looks Im getting people are wondering what the hecks going on with me hehe. I feel better for it too, even tho I was skeptical about such high reps (227 in my last deads workout), but it is working.
