hello
anyone know if these should not be done if you have hyperlordosis?.. like if it would just make it worse?? im currently trying to reduce the curve but stretches everynight

Many individuals with back problems far worse have done quite well executing these movements. The need for maintain the closest thing you can to a proper arch is vital, however. Start light and slowly add weight.

FWIW, 15 time world powerlifting champion Lamar Gant had severe scoliosis, and still has all-time records on the books after twenty years, including a five times bodyweight deadlift.
