started with bar weight and have been adding 10lbs to my squat each day and all was well until recently when i started getting closer to my 5rm now that its heavier im having a hard time going as deep as i want and when i do try i get these pains in my hip in the socket it feels like. it goes away after awhile of sitting down but this is hindering my performance.
im going to drop down in weight because im not getting the full range i want with my squat and ill call this my max. my question is should i be worried about these pains? is there anyway to strengthen the hips so i dont have to deal with it?

ps no the weight isnt anything special im just happy i finally got 2 plates on both sides
