Hmmm. I got stuck at the bottom on 175. I just couldn't go back up. When I went back and tried to do 170, my spotter said he thought it looked like I gave up on the way down. He's probably right... I had no energy at that point.
Lucid- the bottom I found is usually hip drive and lower back, when I bottom out, I tip forward cause my back can't take the weight or I can't get out of the hole cause my ass is to weak to get me started. So a good secondary excercises may be GM's or SLDL/Romanian deadz. best of luck
