Squat, bench,Deadlift and grow

Ive read quit often the comment "Squat,bench,deadlift and you will grow". Does anyone follow just these three without adding other lifts. Just curious...thanks
 
Those should be your core and add lifts around them. You can't beat basic compound lifts, and all build overall size.
 
Hold "mass" 5 times a week.....

Bench
warm up
2 working sets 6-10,8

Finish off with Shrugs

Tues 4:00 a.m.

Back
Warmup with weighted Chins
Deadlift
2 working sets 6-10-8

Power Cleans
135, 225, 250



Wed 4:00 a.m.

Shoulders
warm up
bent lateral for rear

Push Press
warm up
2 working sets

Alternate Dumbell presses (standing)
2 working sets 6-8


THURSDAY..................OFF/REST


Friday
ARMS
Barbell Curls 5x5

Close grip Bench 5x5,3-1


SATURDAY:

SQUAT TILL I GO BLIND OR DRY HEAVE AND FINISH OFF WITH STATIC DEADLIFTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
