I've seen the vid. That was at Ironsport gym in Philly.....those guys know what they're doing and the guy who got hurt is a pretty high-level powerlifter and the weight was perfectly within his capabilities. It was just one of those freak things that you pray never happens.

yeah get you,he looks perfectly capable of that weight he's a big bloke,shocking.

What happened to him after this was he ok?

Thats why I use a power cage, if I feel down at least the wieght wouldn't fall on me.
