I have a simple proplem or so i hope so, everytime im doing front squads on my last set when i come up I feel like vomiting but heres the thing, its just an air buble at the end "not the kind that i wanne burp or something", its really a tireing feeling and drains alot of my concentration. The feeling starts from the bottem of stomach and moves up as i aply more presure going up, could it be that im not breathing right or what???, i mean sure ur suppose to keep breathing during all exercises but for when it comes to front squads or legs ill inhale and keep my breath in untill my rep is done...
Can some1 plz give me some advise on this situation .
