sprint question

Yes I have done extensive searchs but still have a question.

I started a low carb diet and sprint routine so I could see my abs. Success-however, I still lost a shit load of strenght and mass as well.

I was thinking about following the body opus diet but maybe adding some low glycemic carbs every meal until 6pm so I can build a little more mass.(i.e barley, sweet potatoes).

The question remains if I still hit sprints(hit method 30*30 for 15 three times a week) can I build more mass and keep abs.
Or do I wait till Sept. first to add more carbs to bulk up.


Following reverse pyrmaid routine three days a week.
One body part once a week.

190 right now.
 
Just eat a little over maintenence, and if you start gaining fat, make adjustments. You can gain mass doing that, and if you want to try body opus, try it. But eating carbs until 6 is nothing like the BO diet.
 
im thinking after a bulk up a couple more weeks. i may drasically reduce cals carbs under 60 fat under 60 and then when i can get down to about 5 i plan on slowly bumping up calories and seeing how that works. im gonna try it with nicoten gum too, to kill my appetite
 
I was a college level sprinter. there is no way you can cut out carbs and be an effective sprinter. Same goes for lifting, you need carbs. AS for the abs part, instead of sprinting do distance. Or better yet, cardio on an empty stomach has ben doing wanders for my body fat
