WTF.

I hate sprint. In November some dipshit cloned my phone somehow and called puerto rico, whatever for his drug deals (guess he never heard of skype).

So I called. Get $1000 off my bill for the fraud charges. Say all is taken care of - thanks for calling them asap.

IT'S STILL GOING 0N TIL THIS DAY. Got another bill, $1000 of new charges. Every month I call to bitch, fraud dept takes over, takes off charges, says everything is fine.

Now I gotta take time out of my day once again to call and bitch.

Is it easy to get a new phone with same #? I may say fuck it and get a new provider if they clearly can't stop the fraud. If they wanna go to collections, fine, they can take it to court and they can embarass themselves when I show how incompetent they are.

not sure how sprint is on the west coast, but it sucks balls here. i'd go for a new provider.. at the very least you'll get a fresh new phone, and usually they can transfer your old number to the new provider

It's fixed. I called up some buziness owner buddies who do lotsa bizness with sprint, for their sprint rep they talk to.

Called him up, bitched and he's fixing it asap with his higer-ups. Good to have "connections"

I hear ya, I just renewed my FIOS TV contract. It was supposed to be 136 with taxes and set top boxes.
Anyhow I got the bill and it was fvckin 250 bucks
