Spring Time... Time to Cut up!!

Well, Here we are, whose about to start their diets? I started mine feb. 1st. I'm 200'ish, and 5'9. I'm gonna shoot for 185-190 @ 7-8% bf by April or so. What's everybody's goal this Spring?
 
I am starting my "get ready for summer" cycle in March. It may turn out to be a pretty short cycle (depending how it works out), followed by another short one in June, depending on how the first one works out. They will consist of test, eq, dbol, whinny and anavar. Was hoping to have some primo instead, but it looks like that just 'aint gonna happen.

I dont really diet that much, I will just clean up my diet a little, (more clean protein sources), and increase cardio a little. Its usually not that much of a problem for me to stay lean. However if I want to get completely shredded, I will do some cardio first thing in the morning for 1 month, 4 times a week. I will probably do this in May, before I go on my vacation in June. Really works well.

I have to fight the diet pretty hard. I have a fair amount of endo in me. I started bulking in Sept. or so, and I've gained a good bit of bodyfat. I went from a low of 8% in August, to a high in January of 16% or so at 205-208'ish. I was holding a good bit of water.
 
i'm glad i started early..

i'm 5'9, about 255 at probably 23%. i plan on being 225 at about 10-11% for most of the summer.

jeremys sup bro long time no see, just wondering if you stuck with the ckd, and how is your strong man training going?>

I'm not gonna start cutting till next spring, by then i'll be one fat(ter) bastard.
 
i'm going to use the ckd. i did before for like a week then wanted to change my mind. lol..i fucked it up, but now i'm going full-bore. 11 days now and i can't wait to bulk.

my back is pretty messed still, so i can't train for strongman yet, if i will.

careful w/ bulking that long! i thought i could do it, i even ate clean most of the time, but after 2 years and an injury that kept me on my ass, it got(still is) horrible.

after this summer, i'm not gonna stop bulking till my arms are a solid 20" and legs 30". will probably be 16-17ish by then
 
Yeah thats cool man best of luck.
I personally dont have a problem with dieting after the first couple of days so i figure i can work it on the ckd.

as thaibox said "bluk till you have to walk through a door sideways" I was thinking about dieting down once i hit 300. I'll probably be to fat to move off of the couch by that time but thats my goal.
 
im started cutting 6 weeks ago,,been on ckd and lost around 10 pounds,,,all i have left is the stubborn fatty deposits around my hips ,,,couple more months of dieting/clen and yohimburn(steriod free) should take care of that,,,then i'll hit some fina with a little test once by bf is low enough around may
 
i'm just worried about any loss of lean mass. have you lost any LBM? i hate looking flat on ckd
 
hell yeah,,i feel tiny/flat/no real pumps,,,,its all gonna be worth it once i hit off my cycle in the summer,,,none of my new muscle gain is going to be covered by fat(im about 13% now) ,,so i might be lighter ,but it'll look better
