I think its just such a small city with over 20,000 student within a 4 mile radius is what makes it so intense.

Like every weekend in the fall/spring they'll closing off a street to have a block party on. The cops really can't do shit and are more focused on DUI's. You seriously can blaze up on a sidewalk and the pigs won't bug you. I love the scene, but i'm 23 now and am kinda growing out of it.
