Spot Injections - what and where?

that only happened to me once after pinning bis...i got an infection and my right bi got really big lol

I didn't get an infection...actually not sure wtf i did, but was always too big of a puss to try it again. LOL

i hit my lats side delt and quads...lats there are no pain at all and i have seen a noticable differance in size...delts i get some pain the day after and quads there are no pain at all...lats r my favorite spot to hit

If spot injections worked then only the body parts we inject in would grow. So obviously they don't work... unless you like synthol.

In all honestly, I've injected B-12 into my biceps before...that's as far as I went with spot injections

I like delts and pec's , they both get a nice swell on but its not permanent for me only lasts day or so.

What are the compounds you can spot inject?

And what muscle groups would you spot inject into?

Do you think it will affect that muscle group directly?

Short esters work best.

No 25/1 ,the left side can be abit funny when the heart starts to beat hard from holding your breath lol.

i dont think it does anything...i do inject tren into everything though through the week in the chances that im wrong hahah
