Spot injections and working that muscle

For you spot injectors out there, when do you usually work out the muscle that was injected? For example, if I just did 1cc tren in each bicep, should I work them today, tomorrow? Wait several days? What's usually your routine or worked out best for you?

bumping myself. Come on, guys, someone has to have some experience here. None of the spot inject. posts talk about the combination of the injection and workout schedules.

I would shoot before a workout, then go work that muscle group out afterwards.

I won't shoot a muscle after a workout that I've just trained. I find it's to tense to stick the needle in. That's just my opinion though.

Thanks, bro. So you've done spot and then worked it? That was my plan, but I wasn't sure about the pain from the pre-workout injection. My bis are pretty sore right now, but I'm planning to go work them.

I also spot injected and then proceeded to work the same muscle within the hour. It seemed like I got better pumps.
 
I guess I'm in the minority here. I inject either after a workout or when I know I have a few days before I hit that muscle group. I find it difficult to work out hard when the muscle already hurts from the injection.
 
i hit delts right after... never before (too tense.. muscle has 'jumped' in the past)

No problem with pain... good pumps and different mental outlook throughout the workout.
