Hollywood and sports star personal trainer Gunnar Peterson stopped by to talk with me in an interview about training Sylvester Stallone for Rocky Balboa featured in the DVD, the numerous clients he has worked with, workout and fitness advice for everyone, thoughts on why athletes still try to beat the system and take performance enhancing substances, and so much more in an revealing interview from one the best in workout industry.

Does this dipshit want to comment on the MASSIVE amounts of gear Sly is on...give me a break. What a joke. Next thing he will recommend is a Bowflex... or does he have his own tape/weight set to hock...Must be extreme.

Another good trainer making an ass of himslef by denouncing the very substances that allow his elite clients to achieve their results...come on..Tyson...

This is a good post, and certainly something worth sharing, so don't be offended when everyone's responses are essentially saying this guy is useless, which I expect will be what most people think.

To anyone who knows what they are doing, he didn't share a single bit of useful information. For those who have no clue, he very well might have. Personally, I prefer a more honest approach, though in his situation, it is somewhat difficult since he can't very well rat out what his clients are doing to get in the shape they are in. But he is definitely not sharing the stuff an ATHLETE would want to know.

I also think they is a HUGE problem with saying that simply because this guy has worked with sly stallone, etc. that he is one of th ebest in the business. The fat he has worked with famous people means jack shit. I'd like to see some of the transformations he was responsible for. We know he had nothing to do with Sly Stallone getting in shape since they've only known each other for five years, and stallone got shredded for Rocky 3.

What a joke.This putts paid Nick Lachey over 500k to appear in his video for core bullshit training. Does he impress you. Core is another scam by industry people to get in your pocket. Oh, he trained Sly, BFD, Sly's old trainer got busted in Hawaii ten year ago during filming of another movie for posession of a large amount of juice. SLy has always juiced. Maybe Peterschmuck helped him juice and get in shape, maybe Sly will help him sell vids. What in the hell has this dork done to make him elite trainer of the world. He is a snake oil salesman period. Along with the Bean, and all those other schmucks.
