My friend is interested in gaining 30 pounds of muscle. He is 6'2 230 pounds, he plays sports so he is athletic already. He is considering taking HGH is that a good idea for a first cycle? What else could he stack that with? thanks
 
is it you or your friend...no dont take that...

test and dbol can easily get you 30 pounds of muscle....
whats with all the red karma?
 
Gaining 30lbs of solid muscle in a year with AAS is no easy feat! To answer your question, NO HGH is not good for a first cycle, unless your 40yo+ How long has he been training ? With a solid diet/training and the use of AAS he should be able to pack on some good lbs but 30lbs is asking alot.

I’m 56 and I will never gain 30lbs, but if I did I would not include growth in my cycle,

If your friend has studied gear, diet, training etc……………

Cycle for 12 weeks would give him good clean gains.

And if you want to make it cleaner drop the deca and replace it with primo.

you've been given input by some of the most knowledgeable guys on here... GH is NOT to be taken for a first cycle.... GH requires alot of time (6+ months), money, and dedication... and no way in hell he'd gain 30lbs with GH... you wouldn't even gain that much with AAS (otherwise it'd be mostly water / fat)... stick with a simple cycle... test enanthate alone is always advisable for a beginner's cycle... he'll make very nice gains if he's good with his diet and training.....test + deca is also ok
