Hey bros, I am currently working each muscle twice a week ( I have to to grow) and the first time I hit the muscle I do 4x8 and later in the week I do 4x20 (with exaclty 1/2 the weight of the 4x8 routine). My question is this, sometimes on my 4x8 days I can only get 6 then pause for about 10 sec and finish the last two. For example, Monday I did incline dumbell press with 85's. For all four sets I got 6 then paused and finished the last two. Should I continue this practice or drop weight to get all eight? Any comments would be appreciated! Thanks
