Just curious to what your thoughts are on arranging parts for a 5 day split?
Right now I know I am going to split parts this way:
Chest
Back, Rear delts
Arms
Legs
Delts, Traps
I will be using the standard compound movements as the base of each day, but with squats and sldl on the same day, where should I place my leg day relative to back day where I will be doing full-deads?
