Spiropent Liquid Dosing??

I know there are alot of threads on here about this but I cant seem to find the dose for the Bottle I have, on the bottle it says Spiropent 10mcg/ 5 ml 120ml bottle made by BOEHRINGER INGELHEIM S. A. the Colombian version I will be dosing 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, now my question is as followed how do I measure 20mcg with a insulin pin how many c.c would 20mcg be?

so the bottle is 120ml total?
And each 5ml serving is 10mcg?

Yes that's what it says on the bottle, also it says 1 teaspoon equals 10mcg (5ml), so should I just take two teaspoons for 20mcg right? but how would I measure it in a insulin pin?

Yea that's what it says, I know its not bunk I have a friend that's on it right now and hes taking two teaspoons for 20mcg and says he feels the affects hes at 60mcg so that would be six teaspoons a day, what I don't know is if I should follow his example or measure with a slin pin and measure out .10 for 20mcg
