well my first time using bands in almost 2 years.......... i remember why they work, and why they hurt so bad.....lol. its ok, as long as my lifts go up, i can take the pain.
Speed Bench - 155lb with mini band double choked for 9 sets of 3.
Speed Ohp - 85lbs with mini band double choked for 6 sets of 2.
(i was exhausted at this point)
floor tate presses - 45's for 4 x 8.
Standing Shoulder Db flys - 15's for 3 x 10.
Rear delt raises - 20's for 3 x 10.
tired........... now its time to eat and go to bed.
