im training to make a d-3 college football team. and im going to be taking 250 mg/week of sustanon250.(for my first cycle) I have just went out and purchased a medicine ball,jump soles, and jump ropes. i also have wieghted jump ropes. i squat more than anything, im already on the track team. as you can prolly tell im trying to get faster. but i am training to gain mass. is there any way i will gain solid mass and wieght-(anywhere from 20 to 30 lbs), and get faster at the same time.
