speed bench with double minis video

Had a great day
used 75lbs + doubled mini bands for 8x3
then did 115 + doubled mini bands...was nice and fast

nope you aren't mixed up...thats a little something i like to call bad form lol

It happens on my heavies only though...still working on it.
