I used to use that ultimate orange stuff (had a few extra cans in the cabinet that ran out recently)... but that is off the market now I guess.... too bad cause I used to get that good running through the wall feeling with that too, and it was pretty cheap...

The VPX stuff sounds good, but it is pricey though just for some synphedrine/caffiene (probably more expensive cause of the gugglesterones?)...

Any feedback on EAS thermodynamix (green tea, caffiene, synphedrine), or something like the universal energy pak (caffiene, guarana)?

I'd like something with a bit of ephedra or something in it, not just straight caffiene....

That Stimulant X shit from AnabolicX works really well...I used to use the Ripped Fuel with the ECA stack, but since its been taken off the market, this Stim X stuff is the best thing I have tried.....

no bro, not against ephdrine HCL or caffiene at all... actually I think the ultimate shit I used to take had caffiene in it as well as ephedra.... alone though caffiene doesn't really do much for me, unless I take a lot, then I just get a headache...

one thing I did like about ephedra was the bronchioldialtor effect... I was wondering if the synphedrine does that too (I don't know shit about it)

ephedrine HCL (which I know does bronchialdialate), caffiene and synphedrine all sound like great ingredients to a product, I just don't want to be mixing and matching them myself...

really the thing I liked was that the shit I was taking was already mixed, you just put it in some water and drank it... I wanted to see if there was anything other than VPX bros reccommended... that did sound good, just a little pricey...

but I do want something that will get me that charged up feeling, not some diet shit that is going to make me feel all warm, sweaty and dizzy and then by the time I get to the gym I feel all dried out and tired...

you know what I mean?

You're acting lazy bor. You get four bottles. Start off by taking 1 serving of ECS daily (25mg E, 200mg C and 2 caps synephrine HCL (20mg)) to assess your tolerance and then, after a few days, up it to two-three servings per day, separated by AT LEAST 4 hours apart (ephedrine's half life is 4hrs). Drink plenty of fluid (i.e. water) as caffeine is a diuretic. You can take 3 caps EGCG starting from day one. The antioxidant effects of EGCG is fantastic. Read the thread I linked.

busy with school (speaking of, got to get to class in a few)

lifting is going good, as long as I get in the gym (exam weeks are a bitch)

the switch was going good for a while, got up to 385x7, 405x6 bench, but then I got exams and them a cold/flu...

otherwise things are proceeding okay... my hamstrings still suck though (maybe I just got a huge ass)
