:)
thank you.
i bet you'll be surprised at how fast your flat bench goes up within a few weeks.
i have a max rep chart thats pretty accurate if you want it- it will tell you what your 1rm probably is, if you can do a certain amount of reps with a particular weight.
like, if you can do 200 x 3- it will show what you can most likely do just 1 of.

deadlift - 455x1, 405x5, 315x20
flat bench - 385x1, 315x11, 275 3x12

other lifts that arnt that incredile

bb curl - 135x12 -not perfect form, but good enough
cgb - 315x8
seated military - 185x14 - never went heavy on these, maybe i should start
push press - 225x8 - sloppier then lou
skull crushers - 135x14

...i think my body likes to fail at the # 14 :artist:

Great lifts everyone!! Want to see you KILL those inclines Cwick!! I know you have MUCH more in you! Why the 315 limitation on deads and squats? Cant say I blame you, heavy deads FUCKED me good.

Straight from my signature with a few additions:

Current Lifts:
Bench: 395x1 (405 COMING SOON!!) 225x25 275x17 300x8 315x9.75 325x5.5 335x5.5 355x2 (all raw)

Deadlift: 405x12, 510 off the floor, 575 from lowest setting on power rack

Beast Lift (a deadlift with the bar behind the legs): 590 off the floor,730 off the power rack on lowest setting

Incline Barbell Press: 375lbsx1 (raw) 275x13.5 225x20.75 315x6 335x2.75 (the numbers are probabally a good deal higher now, but only if I do them with a good arch and feet up on the prongs, knees straight. Almost like a standing incline press! My strict inclines are probabally right around these numbers now. Theyve caught up. Ive been doing the strict inclines since my old gym closed down and this bench makes the movement strict.)

Dumbell Rows on bench: 150's for 33 reps

Lat Pulldowns: 300x17

Slightly bent over rows: 405x4

Cheat Barbell Curls: 135x17, 185x9, 205x4 (havent done these in a while due to back)

Dumbell Hammer Curls: 120's for a few reps I believe. Havent went real heavy on these for a while. Body momentum used and dumbell brought to nipple level

EZ Curl Bar Preacher Curls: 160x10, 5 set Dropset starting at 120lbs and ending with 40lbs totalling 85 reps without rest
Seated Military Press with dumbells: 100's for 10-12 (havent done these in a while either)

Reverse Fly Machine For Rear Delts: 300x20

One-arm Deadlift: 315x1 (first time I tried it, doesnt seem too safe)

Leg Presses: 720x52 (16 45lb plates, reps done at varying ranges of motion)

Stats: 5'8 195-200lbs 18 1/2 inch arms (cold and flexed) 49" chest and 26"
legs

My strongest freeweight lift is one I made up. Beast Lifts. I would deadlift with the bar behind the legs. I didnt squat the weight up either, but used my back to pull it up. Mostly lower back. My arms are long for my height too. I was close to 600 off the floor on these, before hurting myself. I felt like I couldve gotten VERY strong on these. Not sure if Ill get the chance to do these or deadlifts again, but Im hoping to figure something out.
