I like to think I have evolved and grown a lot over the years. I get better at the job year after year IMO. Sure I have made some mistakes, made the wrong choices, could have done a few things different or better. But hey I am human to.

I take my job serious though. Its my job to help keep this site running well, take care of all of the members/sponsors and "lead" this whole site from the mods down to the newbs. I would rather people follow me because they want to and feel good about it, rather then force them too.

I try to make following my leadership ideas easy. I make things real simple and easy. I have always had a " clear cut" set of rules and a clear cut way of dealing with people who can not follow the simple rules. That is how I ran the AAs forums for years and it is the way I have been running the chat forums now. Of course always with the help of many great mods with me.

SO there is no one getting treated better then the next guy. No one getting singled out because a mod don't like them. No group of elitist members who get treated better because they are the head mods bestest best buddy. Just a cleat way of doing things and everyone knows to do them and that is it.

There is a well thought out and well explained system now. Something the chat forums has never had for as long as I can remember. IMO that has made all the difference in the world.

In the past there has been accusations made by some that I have been power hungry, or that I ban people for no other reasons then I don't like them, they did not agree with me, or silly trivial reasons. However there is no bases for any of these accusations and there never has been. Anyone who has ever been banned by me was band because they broke the clear cut rules of a forum I was in charge of. Maybe a few over the years ( maybe) There mite me some argument that I was to harsh. But again I am human too. I admit my mistakes and I correct them over time like any person does/should.


So No I would not ban you for what you said. You broke no rules and although you perceived what I said in a way it was not meant to be. Its not something I would ban you or anyone over. Just means I have to go back and make my self more clear and correct things.

Now had you come back calling me names, being a jerk, and shit like that then ya I mite have put you in a corner to cool off. Or maybe I would have deleted the comments and took you aside to talk in a pm who knows.


OK now that my rambling is over lets get back to the subject at hand here guys.

Does anyone have a problem w/ me? The most I've had to do was help a couple people get in touch w/ needto to get their accounts back up during the glitch....I didn't notice anyone that was banned that needed help...
