btw--women bodybuilders (like Kim Chizenvsky in Debasers post) are a very small % of the sport-- to make it more accessible-- theyve softened up the look alot since Kims competition days.

No offense taken here guys...and gals...and ms. bh is right...some gals overdo it...me...at 5'-9"...and always being a tomboy & in sports...well..i've always been bigger than ave gal...and test levels...i have done very little....in comp pic...just winnie tabs...50 mg per day...i have to have a lot of test naturally...only been training two yrs...9 months in the comp pic...DIET is everything...if u have any muscle at all and lower body fat...u look much much bigger than u are......those two pic were only taken about a month or two apart...plus my weight...in college i was about 140...and fat!...

oh and one more thing...

look back at that comp pic...i don't have a lot of muscle...just very hard n lean...9% bf...and was really not lean enough...

and i don't wanna look like pros...except i do like Valentina...i prefer fitness gurls...timea, monica brant before figure...and some of older female bb...like Cory and Anja Langer...muscle but still very very feminine...oh yeah...and i want Spatts v-taper and ass!

and i don't have the deep voice...nor have i any lack of hair...geez look at pic...major mop!

i just had a trainer for 9 months straight!
