it does......I do agree with SC, however, once a day is about all you need.....stick with meat sources, eggs, milk, etc for the rest of your intake.....I sometimes use it post training, as many of the ones I find have some carbs, fats, and sugars tossed into the mix as well........ProtienFiend said:Soy has all the essentials I believe...
