Can someone please clarify which AS,,, if any??? Take a person from bulked & puffy to bulked with definition, low b/f? Been lifting since junior high. My stats are B/W 185 lbs, 5'9" B/F 15% Last year a personal trainer had me doing 20-27 INTENSE sets per workout, 20-25 reps with as heavy a weight as I could handle, all for one body part, one muscle per workout, Clean diet w/ cardio 5-6 days a week. I ended up at 174 lbs, 11.5-12% B/F, it was a good transformation, but the goal is B/W 190 lbs B/F 10% I feel ready for my first cycle. *It's the puffy bloated look I can't figure out how to eliminate? Maybe I don't even need AS? First I'm told it's AS that give a person
