SOS, Cutting after Bulking

Can someone please clarify which AS,,, if any??? Take a person from bulked & puffy to bulked with definition, low b/f? Been lifting since junior high. My stats are B/W 185 lbs, 5'9" B/F 15% Last year a personal trainer had me doing 20-27 INTENSE sets per workout, 20-25 reps with as heavy a weight as I could handle, all for one body part, one muscle per workout, Clean diet w/ cardio 5-6 days a week. I ended up at 174 lbs, 11.5-12% B/F, it was a good transformation, but the goal is B/W 190 lbs B/F 10% I feel ready for my first cycle. *It's the puffy bloated look I can't figure out how to eliminate? Maybe I don't even need AS? First I'm told it's AS that give a person
all that definition? Then I hear it's cardio and diet? I'm confused as hell? HA! SO WHICH IS IT,SOS?
 
Diet dos this bro. Not aas. That being said primo works great,tren is always nice, and winny is also cool. Should always start with test though and add on from there.
 
I've thought about a Primo / Winny cycle / Tes cycle,,,, But Only After I'm clear on how to eliminating the B/F and puffy look. Once i have the nutrition ironed out, what do you think about the following for a cycle:

250 wk tes eth
400 wk primo
50 ED winny

Then, What would be the pct look like?
