i have been getting really sore, even after workouts with medium intensity, is this because of possable growing pains maybe? or could it just be the fact that im using test e and lifting more.

Your body gets sore when you do something you're not used to. This can be anything, from one-legged squats in the gym to humping someone hardcore after not getting any for a year.

You're sore because you're doing more in less time, lifting more, doing different exercises... anything really. It doesn't really have anything to do with the testosterone, except that it might be giving you a bit more energy which is allowing you to push yourself more.
