ok first cycle I did i did not get sore at all and put on about 20 lbs... Second cycle was only 6 weeks (tren/test) but I question the source, but gains were very minimal on that one... I am in week 4 of 12 of test/tren/eq cycle and I am getting sore after every workout nor has the scale moved. Diet is just as good if not better than first cycle. Only thing different is the source... Is it typical that some soreness can occur while on gear?

pushing more weight and higher intensity while on cycle will make you sore.

not abnormal IMO.

lol you're asking us if being sore from working out is normal?

Did you just start working out bro?

save your condescending comments for someone else asswipe...

Been working out the last 12 years... prior to last year, the previous 8 years, i got nothing but sore and made no gains... i then did my first cycle and made great gains and was not sore 1 time during that cycle... hence the preconceived notion that you do not get sore on cycle.

lighten up man. he wasn't being a dick.

you're gonna get sore sometimes. it's completely normal. It's from lactic acid build up. it happens to everyone. no big deal.

no pain-no gains, if i'm not sore after a workout, i consider that workout half wasted.

another point-------we can make our point across without using names "Asswipe" and etc.

No i'm not 55 but the only thing that gets sore on me is my legs after a workout. They have'nt grown whereas my chest might have gotten sore the first couple of workouts but other than that not so much and i have put 5 inches on it over the past year or so!

radar been along time good to see you around again......

if your not getting sore your not working either hard enough or properly.

Doing the exact same workout as you did off cycle prob wont make you sore. But who the fuck would do that. Always TRY to make yourself sore...and if you're not - then try harder.

For me, being on is a chance to do way more volume and variety (not just more weight) in a workout than when I'm off. Its the variety that gives me the best results, and makes me sore...
