how long have you been training legs? and what type exercises do you do?trapjaw said:No i'm not 55 but the only thing that gets sore on me is my legs after a workout.They have'nt grown whereas my chest might have gotten sore the first couple of workouts but other than that not so much and
i have put 5 inches on it over the past year or so!
