I came of a 6wk cycle with muscle not getting sore at all while on, I'm now 6wks off and everytime I do say chest on MON I am sore as hell for about 3-4days, I have been holding a stable weight for 3wks now, and don't seam to be losing streagth. I know its normal if you havn't worked out in a week, but I'v been lifting steady for weeks? Any input would be great.
