Let me start by saying that I love squats and my lifts with them are increasing. The problem is that they really bother my lower back. Two weeks ago I decided to do leg press in place of squats for the purpose of giving my lower back a rest. The following week, I didn't do legs at all. Today, I squated for the first time in two weeks thinking my back would be well recovered. For my last set, I only did 405 for a triple, but still my lower back is bothering me. If I don't keep perfect posture pretty much all the time, my lower back will start in with me, again. Any thoughts?
