Sore as a mo fo

Sup guys,

So I started the amp02 and the beastrol on tues hit the gym on wed and did some squats upped my weight my about 40 lbs more than usual. Went home and slept when i woke up I could barely walk!!!!! Still today im sore as hell I want to go to the gym but ill be paying for it tommorow. Any tips for a faster recovery I want to get back in the gym... And im not being a puss so dont say it
 
Bro that happens to me if I do lunges or lots of RDL, my hams, calves and glutes stay sore for ages, Iv had sore hams and calves for up to a week before, Ill be watching this for some tips on faster recovery also.
 
Faster recovery.... More sleep, more food, aside from that you would have to go the drug route.
 
It was kind of stupid going the extra 40lbs oh well live and learn will see what the pros have to say.......

If your gym has one, hit the sauna after a workout
 
glutamine may help speed up recovery faster. other than that keep lifting harder and your body will get used to it and you will therefore recover quicker. no alcohol.... that will fuck up protein synthesis but im sure you know that already. everyone does.

first time i got on dbol and some crappy test
my squat went from 185 to 315 for reps in one week.
it was stupid,
i gave myself a back pump that wouldnt go away day or night
took myself out of the game for weeks

i would say add 10 maybe 15 lbs at a time if youre greedy
see how long you can do that

adding 50 than 40 like i did is just uneducated.
just cause your meat is growing fast doesnt mean your joints can keep up.
